After losing our previous space to a fire in 2020, Fuzzbrain Studios is now back in East London—this time in Walthamstow, just five minutes from Blackhorse Road station. Thanks to incredible community fundraising, we've replaced and upgraded our equipment, shifting focus toward becoming a dedicated recording facility with improved mics, a new desk, preamps, and plenty of amps.
The studio itself is situated within Pulse Studios, a complex that has been serving East London musicians for 15 years now. Working within Pulse means we have access to not only our control room and live room but also added rehearsal capacity through their extra rooms as well as the option to put on shows within the building.
There are deals available for young musicians including free recording and rehearsal time through the Hoodstock fund but be quick, the funding gets claimed very quickly each month. Remember that all rehearsals are charged at a fixed rate with no additional costs for equipment hire or anything like that, if anything I encourage experimentation with the equipment.
