Hoodstock 2023

The now annual festival helmed by studio owner Ben Spence also of micromoon and rising alt talent Deijuvhs bringing together an eclectic lineup of names from hardcore to rap and beyond. Keeping the DIY ethos at their core, the festival continues to enrich the community with proceeds from ticket sales going to the Hoodstock Fund to offset young people’s studio and recording costs, ensuring they can continue to shape culture in the city.

In its third year, the 2023 event was bigger and better than ever.

The lineup included psychedelic rap enigma Onoe Caponoe, , British hardcore outfits The Chisel and Chubby & The Gang, garage rock trio Island Of Love, ‘dysfunctional rap’ originator TaliaBle.

Working alongside Colour Factory, Earth Agency and with an Arts Council grant we were able to secure funding for another year of Hoodstock Fund sessions.
